Hi to all I have recently bought a 2000 X plate 2.3 Galaxy Ghia for the misus to run about in however I have already started having issues so I would appreciate some help on the following

 

Wipers stopped working the other week and have since worked and been OK???

 

The most annoying issue is when I brake the front off side side lamp (Headlight) illuminates eveytime. the brake lights are working fine???

 

Please please any ideas????

might be crossed wires, sometimes the wires will split and then cross over..

 

in regards to wipers..... if it was a one off, they might be ok, but if they start juddering and creeping, then it is either linkage seizing or the motor.

Somewhere on here someone has talked about regreasing them iirc. Wipers can also slow and judder due to the altenator lead being damaged you will also notice if this is the case buy looking at the fuse box next to the battery to see if anywhere has melted through arching. Getting wires crossed can be embarrassing
